I just bought a Peugeot 206 cc with 68000km mileage. What are the things that i should service/change? A friend said I should change all the car's fluids like brake fluid, etc. What else? Can someone help me to list them down?

How old is the car and which model? Is it being used in the U.K. or a harsher climate?
Brake fluid should be changed every 2 years. Engine oil and filter every 20,000 miles (30,000 km approx), or 2 years whichever is the shorter. Personally I'd change the oil and filter every 10,000 miles (15,000 km) if it was my car, especially if it's a 2.0 litre, to try to avoid the dreaded tappet problem!
At your cars mileage the air filter and pollen filter are about due too. I'd check the spark plugs and renew them if they look worn or if there's any hint of poor starting or a misfire. Probably worth renewing them anyway but use the correct ones. Brake pads and discs should be checked, as should tyre pressures and tread depth and wear. Check that all bulbs are working and replace any that have blown. The service book that came with the car will give you a tick list.
Welcome to the forum. By the way, there is no need to ask the same question twice, i.e. in different sections of the forum, so I have deleted the one you posted in "leaks".
Many of the questions concerning servicing will have been covered before so feel free to browse the forum for answers.

No problem Mel. Is it a 1.6 or a 2.0 engine?

it's a 1.6. But now i have a prob with it. i went to the petrol station, i noticed that the petrol wouldn't get in well into the tank. It stops every 1-2 dollars pumped in. It seems like it keeps overflowing near the fuel intake section, which trigger the petrol pump nozzle to stop pumping. I can also hear weird noise when I'm refuelling, like water coming out from the water bottle sound. I've tried 3 diff stations, and all the same.
