Breaking problem please advise!

You say it's a new car. I assume brand new?
Did you bed the brakes (not breaks) in gently for the first couple of hundred miles. Always adviseable to do so to take any high spots off the pads and discs.
If the car is not new it sounds like contamination of the pads (e.g. oil, grease, brake fluid) or sticking calipers.
3.0 bar = 43.5 lb/sq.in

Does your cc have ESP? If so can you switch it OFF?
If you have ESP and can’t switch it OFF it’s not active, in which case your cc needs to go back to the dealer to have the ECU reprogrammed.
This is what happened to mine when I first got it…… husband scared himself witless on the M25 braking from Vmax.
