Bad luck Bri, but you asked so here's my experience and it's not good...
I was side-swiped so needed new passenger door and rear wing. Sounds simple enough but Peugeot made it a nightmare.
It came back needing the front wing re-doing (they'd resprayed over the original paint to make it match the new paint but just made it darker).
The window didn't fit properly so whistled.
The rear wing STUCK OUT near the lights (there's a seam there) by easily 5mm and THEY DENIED IT until I complained "strongly" to the manager and he said, yes they can pull it in. It's better but still not right. Oh and there's a fine dent in it. And a nasty paint run on the sill. And a couple of areas where the paint is actually flaking off! Only tiny, but even so... FYI my damage was put at £2,000.
But to cap it all, worse still was that they didn't give a toss about my car. They scratched my interior where the bottle holder is, obviously when they took it out.
The DRIVER's rear wing (not the side they were working on!) had an 8 inch scratch and...
the driver's door a 1 inch scratch, so deep that even after they "repaired" it I can still see it.
And they scratched the bumper.
So my advice to you is... to get them to do a condition report when they take it in and get them to sign it - cos Peugeot said I did all those scratches to my car and I was FURIOUS and still am!!!!

I argued the toss with them and in the end asked Direct Line to fax them their insurance assessor's report and then they caved in cos that obviously prooved it was OK when I took it in
And get recommendations for Pug dealers in your area - I had a choice of 2 and think I picked the worse one

Duncan used the other one, I don't know what his opinion was?
Still, they've got us over a barrel. I asked my insurers to use Direct Line cos the roof needed to come off, and look what I got! But one good thing - it still doesn't leak, which was my main worry when it happened!!!
Sorry, rant over but if you can avoid this hassle, then I'm glad

Good luck, Pauline
