I just thought I'd share something with you cus I'm well chuffed...
as some of you may know I sustained serious ankle ligament damage back at the start of May (stop laughing Pauline :P )
I've been out of action totally on the fitness side of things till today, nearly 3 months later. If I was a Premiership footballer I would have had loads of physio support and stuff. But I'm not.
So tonight I was well happy to take part in and complete with no serious reaction (yet) my first light jogging and tentative football training session (nobody was allowed to tackle me so i sprayed passes round like Beckham!!) :D
I realise this is a very boring topic and not up to my usual moronic standards but wanted to tell you my good news.
Now all i gotta do is get fit enough for our annual trade footy tournament on sept 6th!!
Thankyou for listening
:)

My better half's got an policewoman's outfit.

Theme for a 'Special' meet?

Just because you're paranoid, it don't mean they're not after you.
