I just thought I'd share something with you cus I'm well chuffed...
as some of you may know I sustained serious ankle ligament damage back at the start of May (stop laughing Pauline
)
I've been out of action totally on the fitness side of things till today, nearly 3 months later. If I was a Premiership footballer I would have had loads of physio support and stuff. But I'm not.
So tonight I was well happy to take part in and complete with no serious reaction (yet) my first light jogging and tentative football training session (nobody was allowed to tackle me so i sprayed passes round like Beckham!!)
I realise this is a very boring topic and not up to my usual moronic standards but wanted to tell you my good news.
Now all i gotta do is get fit enough for our annual trade footy tournament on sept 6th!!
Thankyou for listening

Guess who went out to celebrate? and fell down the stairs.

Thanks for the kind words ladies...tell me, do you have a nurses outfit by any chance?

My better half's got an policewoman's outfit.
Theme for a 'Special' meet?
