strange, my complaint to pug about a dealer found a change in service manager at my local dealership. :shock:

the service manager was sacked, im sure it was not just becuase of my complaint though :D

err,.... it is true .. pug do not reply unless you bitch at them... as far as i remember the dealer has to respond within 2 weeks or they get financial penalties......
