strange, my complaint to pug about a dealer found a change in service manager at my local dealership.

the service manager was sacked, im sure it was not just becuase of my complaint though

err,.... it is true .. pug do not reply unless you bitch at them... as far as i remember the dealer has to respond within 2 weeks or they get financial penalties......
