Phew-looks like Erms sussed it-well done Erm :D
It was sold to me as a UK car, "Exactly the seem as you'd get from Peugeot dealers themselves" were the dealers words
Greenday - In that case look at my recent post IMPORTANT NEW CONSUMER LEGISLATION ON FAULTY CARS regarding misleading advertising.

You may also have a claim under the 1979 Sales of Goods Act for misleading advertising if they have def advertised it as UK Spec and you have less kit (ie such as an interior door lock button missing)

My UK spec 2.0SE has a button to de-activate the ultrasonic alarm control so you can leave the windows open without it going off.

The "airbag off" and "central lock" are both country options IIRC.

The manual shows "traction control off" as being in the far left button hole, but my car only has two apertures there, airbag off and alarm - no space for the third button. Looking at the specs, for some reason, traction control is only available on the 1.6, not the 2.0. Shame :(

Thanks, so the only thing that's really missing is the alarm disabling, hopefully i will be able to live without that,

Cheers

The other tell tale sign is a tube running from the top of the rear view mirror up to the roof - that's the cabling for the auto wipers...

I'm confused as to why yours is multiplex when it has one big button - was autolights/wipers an option on the pre-multiplex?

Oh - bib your horn or flash your lights! If there's a delay - you're multiplexed
