Rob,
To simplify things away from the last post. You say Supagard is a Peugeot option. Can you tell me what they treat, e.g. wheels, paintwork, interior and what the benefits are ?
Thanks
Derek
p.s. this £300 replacement is getting a bit expensive, already up to £600 with the CD changer

I did a fair bit of research when choosing between Diamond Brite and Supagard. As I discovered it's not an option from all Peugeot dealers, it depends if your local dealer is providing it. You can have both the interior and the exterior treated, or one or the other. I don't think they treat the wheels, as Rob said in the other thread, it could turn messy when the wheels heat up. The benefit is that dirt doesn't stick to the surface of the car, it just runs off. Although you do still have to wash the car you get better results for less effort. I think you get a three year guarantee.
Hope that's some help.

Like Rachel, I went to Diamond Brite after recommendations from merc owners and wasn't disappointed. I also believe that Mercedes have endorsed Diamond Brite for their cars.
Whoops. I just realised I've hijacked the original subject - sorry Derek!
