04 plate roof didn't completely open before ignition was..

Post by JustJ »

.. Turned off ! (This was done by mistake)

Ok I've think everything still works as such.. I just can't get into the boot / manually pull roof up.

Using the roof button results in beeping.

So roof is left in open position (now collapsed - so I can manually lock) but still I can't close the roof.

I do not appear able to open the boot cover nor the boot itself.. very stuck (& it is Sunday!)

Any suggestions.. As I haven't seen anything which can directly help me to gain access

Thanks

Check that post, it may help. The system gets is knickers well and truly twisted if the cycle is completed manually as the final locks dont engage.

I may be wrong, but its worth checking.

As long as water isn't falling out of the sky, the roof can be down.

You need to reset the roof so that it knows where it is.
