No windows or roof

Post by Stan 24v »

Hi

My mrs is having an issue with her car whereby the windows are not working, but neither is the roof.

It happened after I disconnected the battery on the weekend to fix an airbag light issue; ever since they have not worked. Unfortunately I am not there at the moment to look into it further, but she has checked the window fuse and its fine.

I assume there must be a relay or microswitch somewhere which may be broken, or is there something else?

Thanks in advance
Stan

PS Im about to search the forum but any help is appreciated.

A BSI reset following the proper procedure might fix it - done properly it certainly shouldn't hurt.
If that doesn't solve it then a diagnostic from someone with Peugeot Planet 2000 may identify the fault.
Which part of the country are you in? It's worth adding your location to your profile - may throw up an enthusiastic tinkerer like myself local to you who can sort it for peanuts.

Stan hasn't logged in since last Nov, so unlikely to see this.
Cheers Col.
