Not me, think I have seen someone in the cc owners who has done the whole concept thing though!!.
I would like to know from all those who have colour-coded the black mouldings as to whether they advise doing this. Sure it looks great, but does it last, or does it crack or become vunerable to chips?? Also does the colour match, with the mouldings being black and all? Thank you

The preparation and finish of the colour-coded black bits should be exactly the same as the wheel arch extensions (these are plastic too as well as the mud flaps which I have also done) provided by peugeot and so it should last as long as the car lasts if done properly. I think if you get it done by the peugeot dealer it should be convered under the paint warrenty. Am I right on this?

Actually there were 2 concept cars
the silver one was the original one displayed in the geneva 98 car show.
the blue one was used in later shows ( i think the paris show.)
here is the link to the pic

it was also nice cuz the black plastic bits around the rear shelf were blue, when the silver one was a burgundy colour

So ur saying they used a convertible to show off the hatchback
??:
??:
??:
I think u've got things slightly wrong there cause i remember seeing one of the first pics of the hatchback 206s (in firedance i think)in 1996 and the whole 206CC concept was the silver CC with the 206 heart logo, shown in 1998. The blue one came after the silver, which was the original concept car.

I've just had mine done this weekend at a Peugeot dealer and for new black mouldings (They prefer to spray new ones so the paint goes on smoothly as they become blemished with wear!!)
I had front, rear bumpers and side mouldings done for £230.00 inclusive of everything.
The great bit about buying new mouldings is you on in black and come out an hour later with coloured bits.
