Sorry if I am repeating myself but I am not very good with these computer things........What is the situation with the spare wheel on a 206cc, am I supposed to have a spacesaver, or do they not come with one? If not what happens regards punctures etc...?

no space saver, just two cans of 'tyreweld' stuff that will fill your tyre with goo and inflate it,just about, to get you going again BUT most tyre places will not repair the puncture as they can't be bothered to remove the stuff and just sell you a new tyre

From memory it does have a short life but not sure about a date being on the can.

Not had a puncture in this car but pretty much every other car that's had a puncture they've always said it was unrepairable, so that's not going to be an issue! I confirmed with my breakdown company that they'll cover me in case of puncture and all the running about so hopefully no need for goo..

That tyre weld stuff given with the car is rubbish!
My tyre blew up (ok, it got a nail in it,lol!) and that stuff did NOTHING!! My brother went to the local garage and got their own brand, it worked a treat, got me to work the next day then off to the tyre place for a new set, marvalous! :)
