I havent used my car in quite a while (due to being given company car).
I went to it this morning and tried to unlock it with key fob, nothing, tried spare, again nothing.
I thought, ok, will open it with key and when i put key in ignition the alarm will stop.............wrong........it didnt stop!
It made a couple of strange noises when i tried to put ignition on, but other than that the only thing happening was the alarm!
It took several minutes for the alarm to finally stop (sorry neighbours).
Is this just simply a case of a flat car battery? Do i just need to put in a new one?
When i do this i will have to set alarm off again to get under bonnet.
Any tips?
