Go to a body shop and get them sprayed, your looking at £150-200. Their also easy to remove if you dont want to leave your car at the body shop for a couple of days.
My CC: 2.0 Silver/Black 03, SP Wheel Arches & Grill, Twin Headlamp Conv. Rear Lexus Style Lamps, Chrome Bumper Inserts & Side Mouldings, Impact CC Boot Spoiler with Side Repeaters, Front Splitter, Black/Red Leather Interior with Chrome Roll Bars.

Make sure that you go to a reputable bodyshop so that they do the job right as a bad paint job will just peel.
Once done your car will look great

Got mine done last October and it just makes the car look pure class!
I paid £150 to get mine painted and it was done in couple of days.

Money saving tip...........
If you use an acrylic based paint and a plastic primer you can do them yourself. (Halfords paints are / were acrylic based)
Take off the inserts, clean them with Thinners to get all the polish and silicon off of them, them spray them with primer (grey for a red top coat) them spray them with the top coat. (colour)
If you want to get a really smooth finish then spray them with a filler primer first and rub them down, then spray them with primer, then top coat.
Do the spraying on a dry day and to prevent peel spray the backs as well as the fronts.
Be warned though Red paints will look different under sodium lighting regardless of who sprays them, its to do with the frequency of light !
