Hi Guys ,
Nice site you have and very informative. Just about to change my TT maybe for a brand new 206 cc 2.0 Azure but have heard things about the roof seals? Is it as bad as they say ? Is th e 2.0 engine pretty nippy ?#
I have an Orgin B which I will transfer over to my new car but ............ i have been told that the 206 has a heat deflecting windscreen which will not help my GPS receiver , has anyone got one and where have you put it ?

The roof seals are relatively ok now, it was more earlier cars that were affected.

My 1st CC from Dec 01 was rejected due to leaks but the March 02 replacement hardly ever leaked.

The 2.0 engine is pretty good although it depends on what you have been used to in the past. the 0-60 is 8.9secs.

Sorry I can't help about the windscreen bit.

Why would you want to swap an Audi TT for a Peugeot anyway?

some people have fitted the gps receiver between the rear hoops so with the roof up it can still get through the rear window.

With nothing against Pugs and also the fact that I have never been keen on TT's, I would still ask the same question. :D

Bear in mind that the 206 interior is now a 6/7 year old design and although it is very nice it will bear no comparison with the modern quality interior of the TT.
