Car is now sold. Many thanks for the useful advice and support from members of this forum. It provided me with the confidence to answer those 'tricky' questions...and i don't mean the ones like 'where is the boot' and 'where does the oil go!"
(Heck, I had a manual for answers to those question! Think I fell off the turnip farm yesterday do ye???)

Well funny you should ask. Just got hold of a Mazda MX5. Getting used to the hard suspension is taking some time, but otherwise it's a nice runabout.
To be honest - between you and me - if the peugeot hadn't leaked so much i'd have been riding around in it for the next 20 years and replacing one peugeot206 with another. But when people at work start giving you boxes of Tena Lady for Christmas, you know it's time for a change...
"No it was the car....REALLY!"
Its been a great ride though...could not fault it in ANY other regard!!!

Just got the bankers drafts for the car.
I was actually sad to see it go. With the exception of the one problem - already moaned about enough - it was a cracking lil' motor! Certainly the best I had owned to that point.
Ahhh well....
Bye Bye car!
