I had just gone over the Anzac Bridge and was stopped at the traffic lights waiting to turn onto Victoria Road. As the car was slightly pointing uphill, i only had my foot lightly on the brake. The car was idling at 750rpm ........ then suddenly the revs jump up to about 1250rpm and the car moved forward slightly, while my foot was still planted on the brake.

Very strange ! :?

Os - it would only be able to happen in an AUTO. The revs fluctuate a bit when you have the air on. Could this be it ?
Cheers,
Michael
