Speedo dial cluster and pod

Hello just wondering if anyone knows how this comes out as the top cover bit seems to move about but i cant see any fixings ! Also are the GTI 180 dials the same as the 2.0 cc ones apart from the speedo goes up to 150 mph ? and the chrome rings ?

pull the hood covering it straight toward you on a warm day (when its cold the plastic gets more brittle)
