Induction KIT

:rolleyes: Anyone had any probs after installing an induction kit :?: :?:
I want to order one from peugeot sport but a friend told me that with induction kits you loose a bit power an torque when accel in 5th gear :?
Is this true cause i've never heard it before ... :shock:

What I have seen it may even loose power! But that if that's the only tuning to the engine. If you put chip and after that induction kit it makes more power. I wouldn't put only induction-kit, it may feel you have more power (sound etc.) but you haven't. When I had my racecar after we tuned it (very much), air-intake was very important (to get engine more cold air).
I remember that some GTI-mag (or was it max-power) took 206GTI's to dyno and tested with induction kit and there was less power :shock:

Have u looked at the pipercross viper induction kit!???

they use the ram air from outside the vehicle to cool the engine, have a look!!
