Speedometer

Hi all, my 1st post so here goes!!

I seem to be having problems with my speedometer, when i m not moving the speedometer pin is about 45 degrees from being vertically facing the bottom of the speedometer. Surely this can't be right, as the pin used to be below 5 mph when not moving

Any idea's what could have caused this and how to fix it?

is this in a 206cc????

I ve got a 2002 1.6 206CC with same problem.Any answer or advice please
