My 206cc Quiksilver has been in to my local dealer 3 times recently to have the rook sorted out as I get water dripping in the join on the drivers side.
The first time it was in, it had the rubber seals changed, first day it was back we had rain and I was wet before I got out the work carpark, took it back in, they realigned the fitting of the roof, doors and windows. Great I thought, still leaked, even worse this time as I had it constantly dripping in the drivers side, puddle on my seat when I wasn't even in the car and a big puddle on the passenger side floor!!
Took it back in again! Some more new rubber seals and more realignment - but I still have water dripping in my side of the roof join! I drive around with a towel on my lap - which shouldn't be necessary! Just because it is a convertable, you shouldn't have to put up with leaks.
I'm getting fed up of having to take it back and feel that it will never be cured. I love the car, but hate the leaks!
Can anyone tell me if this problem can ever be fixed?!?!

Mine has always leaked a bit, but have given up with peugeot and am just putting up wit hit. I have a puddle on the floor at the rear seats which i've now got to sort out
The seals can be treated with a silicon gel i think, which has been mentioned on the forums before. A trick i use which always works for some reason is to release the roof catches, then close them back up.

I had a new cc in March 2004 which was totally leak free.....
In the storms in January some part of a house landed on my roof.
For various resons I went with the insurance approved garage who did the repairs involving a new roof. In total the car went back 6/7 times to them because the roof leaked (from many different places in total) I was totally hacked off as my car had NEVER leaked before and I was beginning to think it would never be ok.
I demanded that it be taken to the garage where I bought it from who re did all the work. They also did a 7 hour procedure which apparently there is a Pug fix for (not overly sure about the exact details)
I got the car back last Thursday and it hasn't leaked once *touches wood* and it has seen quite a lot of rain.
It can be made watertight but I think it is all down to who does it. My dealer is really good as they say it defo should not leak whereas others I have heard about say that there will always be a bit of leaking
I hope I haven't just jinxed my roof

I had lots of issues originally and the car went back to the Peugeot Tech cetre in Coventry 3 times, turns out the roof was poorly aligned soo whatever was done with the seals was pointless. A major clue for this was that the drivers roof catch was *VERY* tight and the other would unhinge tself over large bumps !!
The other common issue seems to be if the window glass catches on the outside of the seal it leaves a gapeing hole for the rain, this is usually a door alignment issue, but can be temporary resolved by lowering the window slightly and re-raising it with the door closed.
There are modified seals that they should fit and the other fix suggested already is an oil based lube that impregnates the seals but is only any good for slight gaps. I have got some from a third party asPug want about £40 for the bloody stuff...i can probably get some more as its quite good at reducing rattles etc (Ithink some one was flogging some on Ebay the other day)
PM me if anyone wants more details, price will depend on order levels, but significantly less than £40 (!), but it is the same stuff Pug buy in France and distribute but through a UK supplier.
