I ordered a Mini Cooper S Cabrio last weekend and won't get delivery until sometime around April. I did look at the 307CC but found it to be a little slow off the mark for my liking. The 307CC is a beuatifully finished car, but it was time for a change for me and thus the mini. VERY impressed with the build quality and love the funky design.

by the way I also have the Vic plate CC 3070 that I boight just in case I got a 307. It's open to offers too.
Cheers

Congratulations on the new car. You'll enjoy the MCS!!

I own the NSW Euro plates N CC-307, but I don't think I'll be getting one either as I might relocate overseas early next year.

Frosty - I only check in to the forum occasionally now, but was sad to here you are moving on from 206CC. It seemed to me you were the Australian "rock" from the beginning, always leading the approaches to Peugeot and being incredibly helpful to all with 206CC queries. You certainly reassured me when we were vaccilating on our purchase three years ago (we took delivery in June 2002).

On behalf of all of us who are still delighted with our CC's, despite their occasional odd quirks, thanks for everything - and keep in touch. Maybe you will "come back" some day.

Season's greetings and cheers!

Moush

PS. I played Santa today for my hospital laboratory Christmas party in the Botanical Gardens, and drove in my Santa outfit through the city with a couple of colleagues (one guy in the back!) with the top down in 41 degree heat. We attracted lots of looks and at one intersection were surrounded by a group of Japanese tourists who took lots of pictures.

Outside Fed Square a kid and his mother who were waiting for the "Santa Tram" asked me with great concern what happened to my tram, and I told him "it broke down". He looked very worried as he contemplated where he was going to sit in this alternative transport!! My colleague thought that Santa driving a CC was a good advert for Peugeot!!

Thank you for your kind words Moush. Like Lyndon I'll be hanging around here even though my CC will be gone in April. I've enjoyed helping out where I could over these few years and am thrilled that my efforts have been of value.

Love the Santa story - and yes wasn't it hot yesterday! You must have roasted!!!
Cheers
