Hi, I don't check mine as often as I should and I work in a garage
The pressure is different depending on which size wheel/tyre you have. I have a little chart in the drivers door shut that lists the pressures for loaded and unloaded use.

i don't check mine as the alu valve caps are put on so little b******s can't steal them

I don't check my tyre pressures. Thats what I've got a husband for!!!!
