Just lately when i have been starting the car i get a nasty smell coming from the air conditioning, which can be discribed as urine  within two seconds it is gone though.

Anyone else had this?

The Best thing to do is before you park up. Turn the air conditioning off and leave the fan on for a few minutes to blow out and open the windows. This should stop the stale smell when you get back into the car and use the air conditioning.

For a more permanent solution, get your A/C system serviced/cleaned.

you can buy a spray detergent wich you spray into your vent and it kills the bacteria on the evaporator.stopping the wet matress smell.
