Has anyone else here had someone from Peugeot call them with a 'Customer Survey' telephone questionnaire? I was asked about the service I have received from the minute I walked into the showroom until now.

What tickled me the most was the fact that the chappy on the other end of the phone didn't even know which car I had got and he had completely the wrong dealership details as well. Apparently, according to him, I had got my car from a garage in Sheffield which is about 2 hours from here! Not a good start to the conversation needless to say and I made my feelings known about it. Heaven help us if they can't even get the car or dealer details correct

At the end of the conversation I did happen to mention this website and to save him the time and effort of calling people I suggested he might like to take a look at it. He'd get all the feedback he could ever want here!

Pug have possibly outsourced the work to a call centre...its unsurprisingly common for details not to match the person they are calling and each data field costs, so clients cut corners and cost

But no, haven't received a phone call here....

I have had calls from Pug UK asking for my opinions on the Dealers Service Dept in the past, following routine service visits for my previous 206's. Suffice it to say that my responses were far from complimentary, as I have found the service dept at Pavilion Motors Derby to be incompetent with my old 206 GTI.

In fairness to them, the CC has been to them twice to fix leaks, and they have been really good with it (thanks to a bit of leverage from the Sales Manager). However, the damage has been done - when the CC needs work that I am paying for, i.e. routine servicing, it goes to another dealer. This includes the 6 month check that is due in a month, even though it's free.

It takes a long time to forget how they messed me about with my 206 GTI.

I got a 1 year anniversary call, and boy did I give them a roasting about the lack of dealer support and problems I have had, they have not dared to call again.

I got 2year warranty enquiry from importer and when we bought the car after 1month dealer phoned to me. Importer also send us enquiry blank about half a year after we bought the car. So we are in good hands here in Finland 8)
