Leaking roofs

Hi my name is Annabel im new to the site.Ive got a 206 cc and wanted to find out if anyone has managed to get any compensation from peugeot for constant leaking of the roof??

Mine went straight back to the garage for a day when I got it in March. They glued the seals and touch wood, with the torrential downpours it's been fine.

Get your dealer to sort it out.

My CC has been back twice - first for the drivers side leak, then for the identical leak on the passenger side. The bloke at the garage said he'd repaired 2 other CC's with exactly the same problem that day when it went back the second time.

So no, you will not get any compensation from Pug for the leaks, more a free repair under warranty. You would have hoped that they would work on the QC a bit more at the production factory so they don't leak in the first place.

Sorry to say but mine has been in 5 times for a leaking roof, starting with the drivers side and then passengers. But when I threatened them with rejection they appear now to have sorted it.

I was told by the Aftersales Manager that the roofs are sealed at the dealership and not where they are built so the fault lies with whomever is doing it at the dealership. I'm not sure how true this is.

If anyone has seen the really new CC's they have 2 strips that run from windscreen to back window which is supposedly going to stop all the leaks !!!

Well it has been in a few times already the last time it was in for 5 days and had 10 seals replaced.U would think they would sort these problems by now.That's why i want compensation for my car spending more time at the garage rather than with me.
