Might be easier to make it yourself. I remember seeing many DIY step by step instructions on the web.
Here's one on ebay:

no idea how to make them but if u can afford to buy a CC then don't take short cuts and get the proper grille - it looks far better than any home made effort.

Does anyone know if the peugeot lower front grill is easy to fit or is it best to get the workshop to do it if I get one from ebay?

Bought a nice new Lockwood Racing Grill for my CC, comes with fitting instructions and diagrams for removal of bumper, etc (£95, inc VAT). Went to dealers to ask about getting it fitted and was quoted £65 ex VAT for an hours labour!! They said that the one sold by them includes the fitting charge. (£185 for SP grill).
Luckily, had a word with my cousin who is a mechanic, and he's gonna help me fit it. Says it won't be too difficult. Just need two people to do the job
Will let ya know how it goes.

The front bumper is real easy to remove (it was either 4 or 6 bolts/screws that held it in place, need 2 people though so it doesn't crash to the ground when you remove it) I took mine off 4 days ago to fit the chrome bumper inserts that I bought.
My CC: 2.0 Silver/Black 03, SP Wheel Arches & Grill, Twin Headlamp Conv. Rear Lexus Style Lamps, Chrome Bumper Inserts & Side Mouldings, Impact CC Boot Spoiler with Side Repeaters, Front Splitter, Black/Red Leather Interior with Chrome Roll Bars.

i bought the lockwood grille frome extreme accessories off the net for £85 inc delivery. fitted it myself which was pretty easy following the instructions provided. id did take around 3 hrs though rather than the 1 hr quoted ( though 40 mins was wasted gettin a seized nut off). to be honest its not worth wastin cash on havin it fitted, as long as you have a few hours to play with

Got the Lockwood grill fitted. Took less than an hour with cousins help.
Lockwood grill is easier than Pug one to fit, as you can fit it from the back and not scratch the paintwork. Just needs to be bent into shape as you fit it. Then just clips in place.
Best to fit centre part first then each end, so I found.
Looks virtually identical to the pug one too. (Pics in Modded gallery).
Sorry for not putting up a response sooner, but have been having fun, now the grills are all chromed up.... Personally, I think the car looks better with the chrome grills than the standard black. But thats just my opinion....
