Hi everyone,
Not typed for a while as my dealer has had my car for the past 9 days to put everything right with it!!

I have had several meetings with the chief technician during this period and had a test drive with him today to make sure all faults have been rectified.

Everything now seems great and they were nothing but helpful and have told me that if I need any future work doing it will be done on a priority basis due to the lack of service I received at the beginning. They also filled up the car and have offered me chrome roll hoops at half price!!!!

Now looking forward to a great summer with the top down - unfortunately cannot make Drayton as its my Birthday and am going away but will definitely be at the next one!!!

And the moral of this story is "it pays to complain"!!!!!!!!!

Lyndon,
They have offered to get me the hoops from the guy in France - that I told them about!!! But are willing to order and fit them for £75 so quite a good bargain!!

Really wish I was going to Drayton - it would be great to meet up with everybody - but definitely next time!

Will keep you posted on the condition of my car
