ok it's the one with the like plastic parking token that you collect,park up then take the lift to the ground floor depending which floor ya on, 6 to choose from i think that all go downwards and about 30 ft from the entrance to top floor of the victoria centre, once ya done ya shopping you insert the token pay the said amount then make ya back to the car park to your car then put ya token in the barrier machine so ya can out, this is the car park i mean
