Bit of advice for all 2.0 owners. Today on the way to work I heard a load clicking from my engine. I pulled over stopped the engine and investigated. To my horror found that the plastic cover over the cambelt and pulleys had come loose and started fouling on the belt :!: Towed the car to my local monkeys and have insisted on a full check and new cambelt and cover. Asked and found out they have seen 4 others with the same problem, the screws come loose and let the cover fall onto the belt. :!:
You will need an allen key to tighten them up and they are a pain to get to, but if my cover had come off on the motorway and not in traffic on the way to work it would have killed the engine.

Cheers Andy, better check that this evening!
Now, where's the bonnet release catch... ;)
Just because you're paranoid, it don't mean they're not after you.
