The car was in for its 6 month service 2 weeks ago and at the same time they had look into the oil indicator reading that the car had to much oil or no oil and the sqeeky breaks, drove away from the dealer having been told that all had been done and the the breaks had been de-glazed and where fine.
The next day the oil indicator is doing the same thing has before and the breaks are still sqeeky, to make things even more of a pain the roof has now got a mind of its own some times it will work and some times it wont.
Pi**ed of with the dealer as he never returns my calls and i end up having to keep calling him, i have now aranged for the car to go in next week as i will be away for a week (which i think is plenty of time to sort the car out)
This is now the final straw as there has been many other problems in the past some of which are

.Poor MPG

.Oil leak

.Roof leak twice

.poor workmanship when doing the roof leak

Getting to the point:
How do i reject the car if the problems are not sorted out.
And
Can i still reject the car having had it for just over 6 months with 2700 miles on the clock.
