There's bound to be someone here that'll know this .............

My mum has a Pug 106 just a basic model (03 reg) it is a really tight fit in her garage and she's forever knocking the wing mirror on one side in fact I think she's knocked one off.

Can you get basic ones done so that they are electric and fold in ???? If so, who would be able to do it ? I know these are available on 307cc but just wondered if a more basic model of PUG could be.

think they fold in manually anyway :?

think it'll be toooo expensive to have them retro fitted me thinks :(

how about making a couple of notchers either side of the garage just the right height for the mirrors

Yeh they do fold in - just that's far too much like hard work for my ickle mummy !!!!!

Hadn't thought actually of making the notches though - a job for my dad - will keep him out of trouble !!!!!

Failing that my mum could learn to drive properly and not be so impatient !!!

Thanx anyway

Or put some old carpet on the walls of the garage? My mum has that as she keeps opening the door and bashing it on the brickwork!

The 206 GTi 180 also has folding mirrors.

However, they never made them for the 106 so you'd have to get something custom built which will not be cheap.
