FITTING MESH GRILLE??

Bodykits, alloy bits'n'pieces etc etc

I have just bought the mesh grille but am unsure how it fits in, do I have to take the old one off or does it just fit in somehow, confused!! :| :|

it's supposed to be quite a job! involving taking off bumper etc.... hence i think most ppl who have it have let the monkeys do it ( me included)

yep the front bumper has to come off but you need to remove the lights first i think :? then there's about 6 bolts holding it on, remove the bumper and it should clear what to remove next :D

Ive just had mine fitted, it cost me £25 from a bodyshop to fit :oops: it as i did try myself but im a girl afterall and gave up!!!

I need to ask a stupid question about the grill.

What does the standard one look like ? and what does the mesh one look like ?

Not sure which one I have - not that I'll loose sleep !!!

When I get it back from the garage I'll take a piccy and post it.

Like I say I won't loose sleep but the one is have is quite nice and I'll be chuffe to bits if it's the nicer one cos I never paid extra for it !!!

all recently built ones come with a black honeycomb grille with a little bit of chrome trim around part of the edge.

the mesh grille is all chrome with black rubber edging :D
