No, not the nasty types that lea e parcels in your garden.
The ceramic, metallic expensive thing that goes in your exhaust.
Anyway, me 206cc was rattling and being generally noisy when driving so stuck it into the monkey shop to see if they could find out why.
Turns out that the catalytic converter had blown up and bits were in the silencer. Luckily this was all replaced under warranty (£700's worth)
Anyone else had cat problems?

Come on, I need ya address! I'm on a diet
Do you know, there are 933 calories in one tin of Heinz Sticky Toffee Pudding?
PS I confess, I bought your pressie last year but ate them - and then ate 2 more replacements that I bought so I had to stop buying them
You'll be proud of me when you get them! I never, ever did forget, honest, just kept eating them - sorry

How much???
http://www.buypartsby.co.uk/exhausts_make.php
have a look on here and you'll see what cats are available for.
these are for older single lambda exhausts but a decent mechanic should be able to weld a new lambda boss in to it.
£170 for a cat delivered!! Add £35 to fit it maybe a little more due to tight access under the bonnet and jobs a good 'un.
