Well it seems that on Sky channel 133 (Discovery Home & Leisure) on Tuesday a new series of SUPER MODELS is starting.

This time they are building a huge radio controlled model of the C-17 Globemaster that CB works with.

Wonder if they will make a scale model of CB??

I wonder if it will burst into flames when it lands in Basra like ours did the other week. That'll be fun.

 Eek!

I like the C-17 - BIG plane! Was fun standing in line for an hour waiting to see the inside, even more fun watching the pilot turn a funny colour when that kid pressed the wrong button :rotfl:

There was an incident a few years back where a grunt stood on top of a 4-Tonner to take a photo of one of our Hercs do a low level pass after air-dropping an MSP. The back of the ramp caught him, ripped his spine out and covered the Loadmaster. The Loadmaster ended up in "Ward 13" in Wroughton hospital. Ward 13 had walls made of rubber. You get my point I think. It was bad shit.
Don't know why I mention, I suppose its to point out that aircraft spotting is for losers...

I, of course, excuse Cappy from this generalisation as he is a good bloke.

Cheers
