Mine was in South African Rands so multiply 17500 X 10 = R175,000.00 wich was a pretty good bargain considering that most of em go for atleast R200,000.00.

all our cars were Peugeot dealer cars. Despite buying them when they first came out we paid only approx £13.5k each brand new.

Mind you I did have to find a loop hole in the PEUGEOT/HSBC credit card scheme and do a bit or work behind the scenes. This meant that we saved a tidy wedge on each car.

Without this we would have paid full list price. Never the less I had 1 for 12 months, Melanie had 1 for 6 months and we came away in PROFIT. Bet no one else manages that with a CC.

In Australia I paid $47k AUD for a 2.0L with leather and a few other smaller extras which is approx 19k Brittish Pounds

From the prices people paid above I think that we Aussies are getting screwed! It doesn't cost 5k pounds to ship a car to us.

We paid £15,205 for our 03, 2.0 SE Black/Silver limited Edition, (which included Black/Red Leather, Luxury mats, Boot rack) with a boot tray and 6-disc CD autochanger for the original head unit. This was about £2k off list price.

We got this by using MOD/Armed Forces discount through the Peugeot UK MOD/Armed Forces dealership, and it's available to anyone with a service/MOD ID.
Found out about it from the 'Forces Discount 03' book which I got from my unit.

I suspect there are similar deals to be had through discounts set up by other large organisations. :?:
Just because you're paranoid, it don't mean they're not after you.
