Its so boring having my cc for 7 months now and still having problems with leaks. The car is 6 days in my dealer and even after two unsuccesful tries by the monkeys to convince me that this is a NORMAL problem of all cabrios I have experienced nothing but cheap lies by them. Tomorrow I am going to take the car (lets hope fixed) BUT I'm seriously thinking of rejecting it. Can I have any advice of you on rejecting the car? Can they refuse giving me a new one based on the fact that I have lowered the car or installed a new air-filter etc. THUS violated guarantee

They monkeys called me today to say that my car was fixed and no leaks after several tests they did was recorded. Well I went there and even though I wanted to take my car as quickly as possible and run away from them I said what the heck lets test it one more time. AND guess what they fixed the leak on the right hand side but not on the left hand side of the car. They just said that its the best they can do (and we are not talking for just a dealer but for the main-official Peugeot distributor in Greece (Lion). I asked them to put what they said to be normal and the best they can do into a piece of paper for appropriate action to take place. The monkeys replied by saying that they are not allowed to write anything on a piece o paper apart from what was the car's problem. I gave them the hell out of me and the car will be in for another week for tests etc. which is not bad considering I have no garage and I am flying tomorrow to Scotland for my graduation. Anyway fingers crossed that the car will be OK after 1 week.

The service is a shame. Comparing to how Peugeot Norway handled the leaking problem I had, this is the quite opposite. When I mailed them about my leaks and that they couln't fix it at the dealer they flew an expert in. He worked with mine and my brothers car and the whole thing was fixed in one and a half day. This is service and an example for all the natinal Peugeot offices. As you can understand im werry satisfied with the head office, their attitude, fast action and their knowledge about the car is fantastic.

Bergen I would be more that glad if they've treated the way they have treated you. I wonder did your dealer paid any expenses for the expert who came? Did your dealer asked for the expert to come or did Peugeot sent the expert on good faith? And a last thing were you involved in whole procedure or everything was organised by your dealer?
Cheers man.
