Over here it's not possible.

The nicest licence plate i saw (or remember

) was one on a nice expensive Audi (i believe it was an A6 or an A8) which said MY 7TH
It was an English or Austrian plate.

English papers are full of licence plate advertorials i saw once. You can really make a living out of it i think?
