What happened...
1. CB, Aimee, Nick, Greenday and Erm arranged to meet at the Little Chef/BP garage in Swindon on the A419
2. About 10 minutes away, CB got a text from Greenday saying he had arrived.
3. 10 minutes later CB arrives at meeting point to find no CC's and no Greenday.
4. Aimee and Nick fooled CB by turning up in a Ford Focus.
5. Still no Greenday...although 10 minutes previously he said he was there.
6. CB remembers about the Little Chef/BP garage in Cirencester, which is about 10 miles from Swindon.
7. He couldn't be....could he?
8. CB rings Greenday....
9. Yes, he could! :rolleyes:
10. Greenday gets moving again, and arrives at the correct meeting place.
11. Erm arrives, with new blue hair (he looked a little miffed when i said it looked like mould)
12. We go to the 2nd meeting point, the Manor Farm pub.
13. CB goes and drops his Rover off at Pauls house and comes back in Pauls Supra. CB likes Pauls Supra.
14. We grab drinks and go and sit in the beer garden at the back of the pub.
15. Paul gets a phonecall from Julia.
16. Julia is lost.
17. Julia has been to this pub quite a few times before...

19. Julia eventually arrives.
20. CB receives a text message form Symisun apologising for her absence.
21. Symisun receives a tirade of abuse for letting EVERYONE down!
22. It suddenly dawns on CB that Cappy and Riss don't know what any of us look like, and we can't see the carpark to see if they've arrived...
23. We send Paul to look for them.
24. Paul finds two confused people in the pub.
25. Its Cappy and Riss!
26. We now had a full house.
27. So we convoyed to Pizza Hut.
28. We parked next to a Moonstone CC that wasn't part of our meet. I bet they got well paranoid when they'd finished shopping and found 4 CC's parked next to them...
29. Greenday then turned up.
30. He was in the toilet when we left the pub and nobody realised. So we'd left without him!
31. Aimee and Julia thought this was hilarious!
32. Greenday got a complex...
33. We went to Pizza Hut and for once CB wasn't the pig! That honour fell to Paul and Greenday, who both had a 16" pizza to themselves.
34. After eating we went back to the pub and settled down in the beer garden again.
35. We chatted for a couple of hours about everything and anything till it was time to go.
36. One of my observations, and it was nice to be proved right again at this meet, was how good it is that people aren't "car-bores".
37. I'm sure other people can fill in the gaps, explain how once again I was suffering with Tourettes Syndrome and tell the story about the young boy and the ice cream machine
38. Nice to see the old familiar faces and great to meet some new ones.
39. Now that Greenday, Cappy and Riss have got their "shy-meet" out of the way, they will be on fine form for Thorpe Park, as will Mr Awol...
40. Unfortunately, only one photo was taken on Friday night, but at least now you can see what Greenday REALLY looks like:
