Well I have just booked my car in the garage for monday, so thats both CC's in on the same day

MY engine is running slightly lumpy at about 40 - 50 mph. It feels almost as if its misfiring or fuel starvation.

I am not car mechanical so please any ideas would be good so I dont get a bulls**t session at the garage

Hello Rob,

Did they fix the problems that you had with the car? I've been having the same problem with my car - it feels like it's "getting stuck" in acceleration if you know what I mean. I also have this strange noise (almost like a diesel) when driving in 3'rd gear and the rev is just under 3000...

Yes they fixed the lumpy bit and the diesel type noise is the plastic cover on top of the engine normally happens around 2850 - 3200 revs.

Take it in and ask for a new plastic cover

they just connected mine to the diagnostic machine and found that there was a later software update so applied it to my car - its much better now.
