I got my 206cc on Friday with the new specification. Discovered the manual with it was for the old spec and didn't tell me how the follow me home headlights are supposed to work. I know they are supposed to have a delay on them to allow you to get home before they go off but I can't figure out how to activate them. Does anyone know how? :?

So if you don't pick someone up in the bar you can always see what you can get with your "follow me home" headlights? I'd be more worried about knowing how to switch them off just incase what's follows isn't what you were looking for! ;)

On my CC the lights stay on for about 45 seconds after I've turned the engine off (they don't go off after I've locked the car like some other CCs).

I never had to enable this feautre - it just worked! I guess that it may be enabled only when the automatic lights are enabled. Do you have auto lights (option on the 1.6, standard on the 2 litre)? If so are they enabled (this is done by holding down the button on the end of the left stalk whilst the ignition is on but the engnie off).

I think it's part of auto lights, so key in ignition and turn one notch, then press and hold the knobbie on the end of the indicator stalk until it's confirmed on the display...

Blimey, sensible answer  need a lie down
