I HAD THAT!!!
POsted a while ago now...its a long story.....
My brakes squealed all the time but when I did brake they didn't!
Took it to PUG and after 4 attempts they still could not fix it. Took it up with PUG UK as it was obvious that this could wear my brakes out and warned them that they would have my sons blood on their hands if my brakes failed etc.....laid it on thick and low and behold my car was called in next day. The dealer had to scrape a bit of the pad off as the face of the pad was not straight but had a ridge that was rubbing on the disk. As the clearance between pad and disk is only mm any ridge like this will not clear the disk on the brakes being released. The filed a few mm of the face of the pad and all was OK. Go to your dealer and say that this is the case and also state that this must be wearing your pads out and say you have info from PUG UK that this is the case!
