All,

Have any of you got the pebble grey interior and if so what exterior colour have you got to go with it. Also any opinions appreciated

We await an aegean blue with pebble grey.

We were concerned that the light blue interior would get grubby around the arm rests - we'll let you know.

Hi Marco,
I have pebble grey interior with a moonstone exterior - looks great. The grey is quite neutral so goes with quite a few exterior colours! Also looks great when all your "Bits" are colorcoded!

Thanks both,

As my order is very late I got offered an Agean blue with the grey seats which I could have end of March as opposed to my original order of agean blue with mirage blue interior which is end of April. I would appreciate if you could tell me what you think when you get the car

I've ordered my aegean with blue interior. I believe it's better combination than grey. That's my opinion, it's your choise that counts though.

Apologies to cloth owners but I looked at all the colours in cloth and then the leather option, there really was no visual comparison to the leather. As someone mentioned, cloth can also gather dust when the roof's down which can be hard to remove.

In my opinion, if you want the ultimate, choose leather, it looks stunning you can't go wrong at £700, real luxury (plus as a gunner who goes to all home games, the red and black is a must).

PS. You can always change your order or have it fitted afterwards.

Robbie.

Have to agree with Robbie. I got my silver CC with leather 3 weeks ago and it looks the business. The subtle touches such as stitched finish on the doors and leather on the glove compartment really set it off.

I was in my dealers showroom yestaerday and saw an Aegean 1.6 with pebble cloth - looked great but the blue trim on the doors and the glove compartment didn't do anything for me - personal taste though.

My advice - if you can afford the cost, go with leather. I had it in my last car (306 Cab) and would never go back. Resale value must be enhanced - doesn't take much effortok after and looks and feels like it should. My personal view is cloth is a let-down - all the glam on the outside should be continued within.

Having said that, I recognise we don't all have the budget for leather, so make your own mind up and be happy with the decision and enjoy the car!

Cheers

Basically I have a choice. I can either wait till the end of April for my original order of Agean blue with blue cloth interior or there is a Agean blue with pebble grey interior which I can have at the end of this month. Ist it really worth the extra month wait just for blue?

The other dimension to the Cloth vs Leather debate is whether you want the inside of your car coated in Dead animal, or just the tyres ;)

This was one of the reasons I chose cloth, so was really pleased with my new found tree hugging hippie status until I realised the steering wheel I got with the sports pack was leather...bugger!

Actually you're right, it should be suede as the leather's on the inside ;)

Waht I am trying to say is, is the difference in the blue cloth to the grey cloth that much better that it is worth waiting another month for??

Marco !! What most of us are trying to say to you is forget any type of cloth and insist upon the leather out of pure taste and style - even if you have to request it special and have to wait, it'll be worth it !

I think I've made myself plain and to the point.

P.S. Good luck whatever one you choose though.

Cheers Robbie.
