Never had that problem with mine, maybe somethings catching/rubbing inside the door where the windows operate?

Maybe you're releasing your seatbeat too quickly and it hits the window when retracting.

Havn't had problems with the door windows, but I have had a rear window replaced under warranty because it was being scratched by something in the mechanism on the way down. If you can isolate what is causing it and it is the operation of the window at fault claim a new one.

humm ... do you trust a dealer replacing a window? Is a side window like a winscreen .. once replaced its never the same ???

ANyway,, im not talking to my dealer until they respond to my complaint to peugeot ... which incidently I beleive after two weeks of not responding to peugeot and myself they are not suffering financial loss - they have a bonus scheme running I assume.

Unfortunately you are right in your assumption not to trust the monkeys to replace a window. It catches the wind at 60mph :( They have had it 3 times to fix :x Its not often I loose my temper but my local dealers service manager repeatedly gets 'both barrels'

Are these diagonal lines at the very bottom corner? I've noticed it on mine as well last week. Will definitely be taking it up with Peugeot when it goes in next week for it's 6000 service.
