Colour coding bumper and side strips of 206cc

My 206cc is aegean blue and I want to get the side strips, front and back strips, wing mirror bits and air vents all sprayed aegean blue. So basically I want all the black bits sprayed blue. I just wondered if anyone knew anyone who was particulary good at doing this for a reasonable price in the Kent area. I live in Welling, so anywhere around there. I was quoted approximatey £500 by a bloke who does it in Dartford (Spraytech I think). He did my bro's bumper on his old car and did a fab job but I was hoping to get a cheaper quote as I think £500 is a bit OTT or do you think £500 is about right?

I've posted this in a few places before - I got my side strips, bumpers and vents (Ecosse Crystal, not standard 206 vents) all done for £200 + VAT, so yes, 500 is very expensive seeing as all you're doing extra is the mirrors.

500 quid? he was trying to rip u off. 2-3 hundred sounds about right. try paying in cash save on the vat. and take a bloke with you. i know its sexist but a garage is always less likely to rip a bloke off.

i had a quote last april for colour coding for £150 paying in cash. excellent bodyshop as i had used them a few times in the past. ended up getting ecosse to do it as they were doing other work for me.

£500 isn't even worth discussing as it's unthinkable to pay that amount

Thanks for your help. I'm taking my brother down with me. It's not sexist, it's true. Men are more likely to rip a girl off if she's on her own. Think maybe that's what the bloke who quoted me £500 was doing.

I'm going to another place on Saturday and hopefully they will be more realistic.
