: :monkey:

I have my CC booked in for work on sqeaky brakes and a rattle in the boot on the 18th . I'm terrified it will come out in a worse condition than it went in .

Has anyone been able to get the head monkey in their dealerships to sign any thing in terms of cars condition on arrival -similar to when hiring a car , to cover things such as unexplained new dents , chips and scratches.

Hi

Last time mine went in it was returned without half the jobs done and a complimentary big dent in the passenger rear wing.

When they where reversing the car out of the garage they hit another car. They where honest with me when I went to pick it up, and booked the car back in to have it repaired.

There first attempt was to get dentmasters in, who tried there best but failed, the annoying thing being they told me it had been fixed even though it was very visible the damage was still there.

So the car is at the body shop as we speak being repaired, obviousley at there expense.

Regards

i don't normally get them to check my car for damage, but i will next time especially with the car being low and the front splitter being even lower - dont trust them one little bit
