Should be able to post details of what they have done on monday as they have done the work and are water testing it tomorrow. If this is going to be all cc's then suggest booking yours in ASAP so that you can get it done whilst the weather is cold (dunno how long it will take the dealers to process them all, and no-one wants to miss out on a couple of days if we get a sunny spring!)

Heard from the dealer who has stolen my cc since tuesday morning
that they have just heard from head office that a recall is going out in the next few weeks for all cc's re: leaking roofs/door allignments which they reckon is going to fix these problems.

i can't see if being an actual recall if all CC's don't suffer from leaks.
there's no chance i will let my or any other dealer touch the seals on my CC - been caught out with that one before

still don't agree - what happens when they carry out preventative maintenance then the CC starts to leak when it never before - they would never be stupid enough to carry this out as a recall.I think its more of a preventative measure - they have finally accepted that, at some point, all cc's WILL leaki can't see if being an actual recall if all CC's don't suffer from leaks.
my last CC was fitted with new seals and was worse than before, hence why i wouldn't get any future work done on the seals without good reason.

I visited my dealer yesterday and asked about recall was told not every cc car is involved in the recall so dont hold your breath.
Also people have talked about squeaky breaks I complained to my dealer for the third time and they are going to do it for free and some convincing about telling them from day one.
