Went into my local Pug dealer today (notice I say local) and asked about some problems. They reckoned they would need 2 days to look at it. I managed to negotiate that they have it one day and then see how they have progressed.
Anyway booked it in for next week and then said.... oh can you pick it up and drop it back to me? They asked where I lived (which is about ten minutes from the dealer) and they then said no because it was out of their area.
So they will sell me a car, but won't maintain it!!!!!!
