Fat tyres = bad in snow.

If you want good in snow, fit tiny tyres.

Steve has a Jeep. Parked in our communal car park (slight slope) like it was a summer day. I tried to park but ended up slip sliding everywhere :( Abandoned it in the middle eventually - and now I'm worried about getting out in the morning, I don't want a right hand side to match the big dent all down my left hand side

My Scoob was crap in the snow today. Lots of comments like "you'll be OK, it's four wheel drive". Fat tyres and overenthusiastic ABS :(
On the plus side I did struggle to Basildon and back and successfully got my monster 5" Hayward and Scott exhaust fitted 8)
Maybe I can get them to knock one up for the CC -- doesn't have the boxer 'woofle' though :(

Here it has been snow and around -10c for almost a month now. I think its fun to drive the cc on snow and ice... and I have not had any problems with getting stucked in the snow or driving uphill.. as I said.. just fun :P :P :P :P :P

Well the CC is likely to be better on the snow than most other sports cars- if you thought that the CC was a bit dodgy you should try rear wheel drive!! :D

As long you take care, driving in snow is actually a useful experience. Using the snow/ice to skid around and handbraking into side roads teaches you how to handle the car. It gives that little bit more experience to help you if you ever get into a skid.
